David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a leading BPO company which supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care. We’re looking for a German speaking Sales Specialist for their offices in Valencia, Spain.
Position: Sales Specialist
Location: Valencia, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives through effective planning and execution.
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Drive business growth and profitability through proactive account and opportunity management.
- Monitor, manage, and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy.
- Assess client satisfaction levels and escalate concerns or issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement and identify new business opportunities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer or partner inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
- Prepare and present commercial and technical proposals that meet customer requirements and align with company standards.
- Conduct outbound communications with existing clients to maintain relationships, promote new offerings, and support retention efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in German (C1), with good written and verbal skills. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven background in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer engagement.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficient in using computers and common business software applications (e.g., CRM tools, MS Office, email platforms).
- Previous experience in B2B sales or account management is preferred.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
