David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading investment firm offering Forex and CFD trading company. We are looking to recruit a Blockchain Developer for their team.

Position:  Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and maintain software applications based on designs provided by the analysis and design team.
• Prepare setup and user manuals for the developed software solutions.
• Handle requests for new features, maintenance, and bug fixes, collaborating with quality assurance and development managers.
• Follow established coding standards and guidelines while developing or modifying software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs reported during testing phases.
• Apply changes and improvements based on code reviews and feedback.
• Document all software development work clearly and thoroughly.
• Maintain and manage the development environment and tools necessary for software implementation.
• Use version control systems to track and manage changes in the codebase.
• Communicate and obtain approvals for any modifications affecting the original design from the development manager.
• Collaborate with analysis, design, quality assurance, and database teams as needed.
• Research and propose new tools, technologies, or best practices to improve software development processes.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in relevant technologies.
• Present completed software for approval before moving to the testing phase.
• Report progress regularly to the development manager.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and verbal skills
• Strong knowledge of blockchain development, preferably with experience on platforms like Ethereum and Tron.
• Proficiency in programming languages, with C# being highly advantageous.
• Solid understanding of software development tools, operating systems, and general programming concepts.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with a results-driven mindset.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
