David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a globally regulated online broker providing Forex and CFD trading, who is looking to recruit a Kazakh speaking Regional Marketing Operations Executive. 

Position: Regional Marketing Operations Executive (Kazakh)

Location: Remote - Kazakhstan

Employment type: Service Agreement

Remuneration: base pay. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the execution of regional and local marketing strategies in alignment with company guidelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for local marketing agencies, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and activities.
• Manage and expand the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms, following brand and regional standards.
• Localize marketing materials and content to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness.
• Assist in planning and delivering promotional campaigns, events, sponsorships, and activations.
• Monitor ongoing marketing projects, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to the regional team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Kazakh (C1), with good command of English (at least B2).
• Russian language skills would be considered an advantage. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in marketing, with familiarity with local market dynamics.
• Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt global strategies into effective local initiatives.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
