What You'll Be Doing

• Source and engage high-volume candidate pipelines within Brazil

• Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and networking channels

• Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews

• Coordinate interview processes and candidate communication

• Maintain accurate ATS records and talent pipelines

• Partner closely with DKR delivery leadership to achieve hiring targets

• Build long-term talent communities for future recruitment projects

What We're Looking For

✔ Fluent Portuguese and strong English communication skills

✔ Previous recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition experience

✔ Experience recruiting within the Brazilian market

✔ High-volume hiring experience is essential

✔ Strong candidate engagement and sourcing capabilities

✔ Highly organised, responsive and delivery-focused

✔ Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

✔ ATS experience is advantageous
