Position:  Senior Surveillance Controller

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor live operations to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Detect, report, and document irregularities, suspicious behavior, or operational issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support investigations by gathering evidence, reviewing footage or data, and preparing detailed incident reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Risk, Compliance, Operations) to maintain the integrity of business processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, particularly in handling complex or sensitive cases.
• Identify opportunities for improving surveillance practices, operational processes, and team training initiatives.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate the highest ethical standards in all activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. 
• Proven experience in surveillance, monitoring, compliance, or a related field; leadership or senior-level experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of operational risks, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support colleagues.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks.
• High attention to detail and the ability to quickly recognize irregularities in live or dynamic environments.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a 24/7 setting.
• Strong professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Effective communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with monitoring or surveillance systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms).
• Background in process improvement, compliance, or security-focused initiatives.
