David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit an IT Specialist for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia. 

Position:  IT Specialist

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses (including accommodation) 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and maintain hardware and software systems using diagnostic tools and logs to ensure continuous, high-quality service.
• Respond to incoming IT support requests, focusing on critical infrastructure such as servers, network devices, and user systems.
• Assist in testing new applications and systems prior to deployment.
• Work closely with development, network, and operations teams to ensure seamless technical functionality across the organization.
• Maintain operational servers and related equipment to ensure smooth service delivery, addressing technical issues promptly.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems in coordination with team leads and other support staff.
• Replace or repair faulty hardware and software as needed.
• Configure and maintain user workstations and manage access permissions.
• Update documentation and follow internal processes to handle incidents within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate IT inventory records, assign and track equipment, and conduct periodic audits.
• Coordinate with external vendors to resolve equipment or service issues with minimal disruption.
• Enhance IT infrastructure to meet organizational needs.
• Perform regular hardware/software maintenance and ensure compliance with information security standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in IT or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration.
• Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and repair.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, Wi-Fi management, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, in a 24/7 environment.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco).
• Experience with streaming or broadcasting equipment.
