Technical Customer Support Agent (English)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit English speaking Technical Customer Support Agent for their offices in Sofia and Plovdiv.
Position: Technical Customer Support Agent
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria OR Plovdiv, Bulgaria
Work model: hybrid (3 days home, 2 days office work / week)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: base salary + performance bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure high-quality service over the phone in line with company standards
- Provide timely feedback to end users after requests or case processing
- Actively promote and educate customers about relevant products and services, conducting sales through service when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and operations in the company database
- Use specialized software to provide queries and support for internal work systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- English language proficiency
- Excellent communication skills with a helpful and positive attitude
- Genuine excitement and motivation to assist customers
- Patience, empathy and strong interpersonal skills
- Confident in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing conditions
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills
- High level of self-discipline, confidentiality and attention to detail
- Previous experience in communication or customer service is considered an advantage.
