Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct sourcing

• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability for open positions

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process

• Work closely with DKR's Service Delivery Team and Managing Director

• Keep candidate records organised and updated within our ATS

• Build long-term relationships with candidates and develop talent communities

Requirements

✔ Native or fluent Serbian (C1+) and strong English (B2+)

✔ Previous recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition experience preferred

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently

✔ Excellent organisation, responsiveness and time management

✔ Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices

✔ Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools is advantageous

✔ Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven mindset
