David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Customer Support for their office in Porto.  

Position: Customer Support

Location: Porto, Portugal 

Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract)

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare chargeback representment documents in accordance with specific requirements.
• Determine user risk level based on company procedures and policies.
• Verify user-provided documents to ensure authenticity and match system records.
• Accurately use review outcome to make informed decisions to blacklist/whitelist specific users. 
• Escalate any potential fraud trends to senior management team. 
• Investigate reasons for transaction rejections.
• Keep detail documentation through screenshot and various platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in English both verbal and written (C2 level). 
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the review process.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
• Enthusiastic and skilled in payment technology applications (CCDC, PayPal, and E-wallets)
• Curious and persistent in solving issues
• Organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
