David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a leading BPO company which supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care. Together, we’re looking for a Dutch and French speaking Business Development Representative for a leading tech brand.
Position: Business Development Representative
Location: Malaga, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Work model: hybrid
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generation of consistent sales opportunities for the field Sales Representatives
- Identification and qualification of prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
- Lead Generation for Sales (Prospect qualification, Scheduling meetings, meeting tracking, product and solutions presentation)
- Identification of leads and conducting lead management
- Successful execution of permanent and segment specific telemarketing campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
- C2 level of Dutch and French language, B2 level of English
- Good knowledge of general IT and preferably storage environments
- Very good knowledge of telemarketing/sales techniques
- Outbound sales experience
- Ability to identify new sales opportunities
- Transparent work habits
- Very good self-organization
- Punctuality and reliability
- High social competence, teamwork skills
- Authenticity and self-confidence.
