David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a Ukrainian speaking Player Support to join their teams in Lisbon. 

Position: Player Support  

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, from 07:00 to 18:00.

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provided customer support via telephone, email, and chat
• Assisted users with payment-related issues and account management
• Delivered technical support for gaming products, including installation and device synchronization
• Offered guidance and troubleshooting for console and software use
• Advised customers on purchasing decisions and product compatibility

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native Ukrainian, C1 and B2 English, both oral and written
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused and structured environment
