David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Tailor for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia.

Position: Tailor

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform clothing alterations and repairs, including size adjustments, hemming, and mending, to ensure proper fit and garment longevity.
• Maintain quality and durability standards by adhering to company guidelines and workmanship expectations.
• Operate and maintain sewing machines, irons, and other tailoring equipment, reporting any malfunctions as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of tailoring supplies and materials, and notify supervisors of any shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of garment assignments, alterations performed, and completed tasks.
• Keep the work area clean, well-organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong proficiency in English (at least B2) in both written and spoken communication.
• Prior experience in tailoring, garment alteration, or a related field, with proven skills in clothing modification and repair.
• Proficiency in using sewing machines, irons, and other tailoring tools, along with a basic understanding of fabric types and garment construction.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills to understand alteration needs and collaborate with team members or clients.
• Ability to manage material inventory and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
