David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award-winning multi-licensed, broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices and seeking to onboard a PPC Specialist to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus.  

Position: PPC Specialist

Location: Limassol, Cyprus 

Work model: on site (2 days WFH per week, upon passing the probation period)

Employment type: Full-time 

Remuneration: base salary. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance in real time and optimize for quality traffic and lead/acquisition goals.
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights through detailed reporting.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to request or brief ad assets and materials.
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and run A/B tests to enhance performance.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising standards and platform-specific regulations.
• Identify and scale successful campaigns while managing acquisition costs efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in PPC or digital performance marketing, preferably in sectors such as finance, tech, or online services.
• Demonstrated ability to drive high-quality, converting traffic in a digital retail or e-commerce environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions quickly.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced and results-driven environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across department.
