David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Polish-speaking Technical Support Representative to support customers of a gaming platform.

Position: Technical Support Representative

Location: Budapest, Hungary 

Work model: On-site

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer support to users regarding technical issues and account-related enquiries

• Assist customers with account setup and management

• Support customers with game purchases and related enquiries

• Handle account security and hacking-related cases

• Provide support primarily by phone, as well as through email and other written communication

• Identify the cause of customer issues and provide accurate solutions or guidance

• Learn and apply technical knowledge of supported systems and devices

• Accurately use internal systems and follow established support procedures

• Handle sensitive customer and payment-related information within a secure PCI environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• C1/C2 level of Polish

• B2 level of English

• Strong interest in technology and gaming

• Ability to learn technical information and new systems quickly

• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

• Ability to investigate issues and provide clear, accurate support

• Willingness to work fully on-site in a secure PCI environment
