David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for their Gaming studios. 

Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: in one of the following locations: Belgrade, Serbia / Bucharest, Romania OR Riga, Latvia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customize the visual design and user experience to align with the organization’s brand and identity.
• Curate and deliver a selection of high-demand offerings tailored to target audience preferences.
• Adapt content and services to suit regional or demographic preferences, increasing relevance and engagement.
• Oversee full project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to defined quality standards.
• Work across departments to align goals, set timelines, and define responsibilities clearly.
• Supervise the setup and execution of systems or infrastructure projects to ensure smooth and efficient integration.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, managing communication, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Ensure activities comply with internal policies, and promote continuous improvement through feedback and shared learning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management, with 3 years as a Senior Project Manager. 
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.
• Relevant experience in product delivery within Technology, Media, Entertainment, or IT sectors. Proven track record of managing a portfolio of complex or cutting-edge projects.
• Degree in Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented, with a proactive and resilient approach to challenges.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
