David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Surveillance Controller for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia. 

Position:  Surveillance Controller

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Observe live operations and technical systems to identify potential risks, irregular behavior, or deviations from standard procedures.
• Detect unusual patterns or behaviors, assess risk levels, and escalate concerns in accordance with internal guidelines while collaborating with relevant teams.
• Gather and organize observational data to support risk assessments, trend analysis, and ongoing operational evaluations.
• Create accurate and timely reports summarizing key findings, and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Contribute to daily operational tasks and support team leaders in executing strategic initiatives and maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all activities related to monitoring, reporting, and communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. 
• Recent graduate or final-year student in a technical, analytical, or business-related field (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration).
• General understanding of digital platforms and service operations; familiarity with live or real-time service environments is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 operational schedule.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
