David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit Turkish-speaking Onboarding Specialist for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia. 

Position:  Onboarding Specialist

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses (including accommodation) 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and refine training materials and program structures for Game Presenters and Shufflers, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of games and procedures.
• Develop performance improvement plans and set relevant KPIs to drive quality and effectiveness in training.
• Train staff on specific game procedures and operational controls, focusing on compliance with standards and streamlining workflows for seamless execution.
• Inspire and encourage employees, providing constructive feedback to both individuals and management to support continuous improvement.
• Design and maintain training programs for employees, coordinating with Shift and Team Managers to address individual training needs.
• Collaborate with Shift and Team Managers to identify training requirements and ensure programs address both individual and team needs effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Patience and a passion for coaching, with a commitment to motivating and developing others.
• Previous experience in iGaming or traditional casino environments is a plus.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for casino dealers or similar roles.
• Professional certifications or training qualifications related to casino operations or instructional design.
