David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Serbian speaking Security Agent for their offices in Belgrade Serbia.

Position:  Security Agent 

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor premises, personnel, visitors, and company assets to maintain a safe and secure working environment

• Conduct regular patrols and enforce access control procedures across designated areas

• Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and security equipment to identify and prevent potential security risks

• Verify identities and control access points in accordance with company security procedures

• Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, fires, or security threats while following escalation procedures

• Investigate security incidents, suspicious activities, or breaches and prepare detailed incident reports

• Ensure proper functionality and maintenance of security systems and report technical issues when necessary

• Maintain accurate security records, logs, and documentation in line with company standards

• Ensure compliance with internal security procedures, confidentiality policies, and GDPR regulations

• Collaborate closely with Security teams, management, and operational departments

• Participate in security trainings and maintain awareness of operational security procedures and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in Serbian, with good command in English (C1 level)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a security-related role

• Valid LF1 or LF2 security license is mandatory

• Experience operating CCTV systems, alarms, and access control systems

• Strong understanding of incident response and security procedures

• Comfortable working 12-hour rotational shifts on a 7–7 roster

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential security risks

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to remain calm and react effectively in emergency situations

• Good organisational and reporting abilities.
