David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Serbian speaking Security Agent for their offices in Belgrade Serbia.

Position:  Security Agent

Remuneration: Base salary 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct regular monitoring of designated areas, verify identities at entry points, enforce safety protocols.
• Utilize surveillance systems to detect and prevent potential security risks.
• Investigate security incidents, including breaches and complaints, and respond promptly to emergencies to ensure safety and effective evacuation procedures.
• Oversee the operation of security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access controls, and report any technical issues for timely resolution.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents or suspicious activities, ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Implement measures to maintain a secure environment.
• Collaborate with team members and management.
• Engage in ongoing training, and stay informed on industry best practices in security.
• Follow data protection regulations and confidentiality standards to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorized access.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as fluency in Serbian. 
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a security-related position; relevant security certification or license is required.
• Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts.
• Competence in operating and monitoring security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarms, access control).
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and incident response procedures.
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate security records and documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to identify security risks.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to stay calm and respond efficiently during high-pressure situations.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly within a security team.
