David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a French speaking Legal Analyst to join their teams in Porto.

Position: Legal Analyst

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work model: On-site

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements to assess compliance and identify potential risks.
• Review contracts for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Work directly with authorities
• Maintain organized records of legal documents, case files, and correspondence.
• Prepare and maintain documents for easy retrieval of information.
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case reviewed.
• Act according to social media policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in French (C1 level), English (B2), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Ability to develop skills within a short period of time
• Resilient working in a face paced environment 
• A high level of emotional intelligence and patience to effectively manage difficult or emotional customer interactions
• Motivated and positive attitude
• High attention to detail
