David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Company in the sports betting industry who is seeking to onboard a Danish speaking Customer Support Representative for their Malta office.

Position:  Customer Support Representative 

Location: St. Julians, Malta (hybrid) 

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer support via multiple channels, including chat, phone, and email, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Assist in reporting technical issues and provide market insights to support the management team.
• Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with data protection protocols and ensure achievement of department and individual SLAs.
• Document customer interactions to maintain a comprehensive customer history.
• Address and resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and identifying the root cause of problems.
• Support the management team with additional projects and tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in Danish (C1) both verbal and written. Good command in English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, with an understanding of the relevant industry.
• Motivated and able to collaborate effectively within a multicultural team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts on weekdays and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
