David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Serbian speaking Team Lead - Surveillance Controller for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and verify reported incidents, ensuring timely resolution and preparing reports for potential disciplinary actions or staff evaluations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of systems or equipment to identify deviations from standards, ensuring gameplay integrity.
• Operate security and surveillance systems, monitoring activities to maintain high levels of security.
• Perform routine and advanced testing of software systems, identifying bugs or defects, and collaborate with QA teams for system optimization.
• Create and maintain detailed reports and logs, documenting activities, incidents, and test results for transparency and proper recordkeeping.
• Monitor physical premises and online platforms for suspicious activities, ensuring swift reporting of violations and seamless operation of security systems.
• Regularly assess and validate the performance of surveillance systems, providing recommendations for improvements based on performance data.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Serbian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as fluency in English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or surveillance operator role within the iGaming or live products industry.
• Strong technical proficiency in operating and maintaining surveillance software, video monitoring consoles, and security devices.
• Excellent analytical skills for detecting deviations and suspicious activities in both roulette wheels and online gaming environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including 8-hour shifts and weekends, as required by business needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 for reporting, communication, and document management.
• Experience in technical analysis and calibration of roulette wheels to ensure accurate gaming operations.
• Familiarity with advanced surveillance technologies and tools for optimal system performance.
