David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Live Casino Team Manager for their Gaming studios in Bucharest, Romania

Position: Live Casino Team Manager 

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses (including visa, flights, relocation and ongoing accommodation) 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide guidance and support to team members to help them grow and improve in their roles.
• Oversee and manage team performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and handling issues such as attendance, conduct, and other employee concerns.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment through open communication and regular team meetings.
• Identify both individual and team development needs, and work with relevant teams to create plans for growth and improvement.
• Contribute to learning and development initiatives that help the organization achieve its goals.
• Ensure that all services and activities align with the company’s core values, policies, procedures, and performance targets (KPIs).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in English (C1), both oral and written. 
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• A background in Management would be considered advantageous.
• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in PC applications (e.g., Office 365).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in conflict resolution.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
