David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a client who is recruiting for a German speaking Account Director for the client's offices in Malaga.

Position: Account Director

Location: Malaga, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the company.
• Prepare clear briefings for all teams involved, including creative, social, production, and others.
• Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and the client.
• Create detailed work plans to guide project execution.
• Oversee and manage the budget to ensure effective resource allocation and financial control.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in German (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2 level).
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing digital strategies and managing digital projects.
• Formal education or a Master’s degree in digital marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an agency or marketing department.
• Strong proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solid project management abilities, including handling milestones, deadlines, resources, and budgets.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively contribute to the team’s goals.
