🚀 What You'll Be Doing

• Source and engage top talent across Colombia using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct sourcing

• Build and manage talent pipelines for international hiring projects

• Screen and qualify candidates against client requirements

• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process

• Partner directly with DKR's leadership and delivery teams

• Keep ATS records accurate and up to date

• Become a trusted recruitment partner within your market

✅ What We're Looking For

✔ Recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition experience

✔ Fluent English and Spanish

✔ Strong candidate engagement and networking skills

✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

✔ High responsiveness and strong organisational skills

✔ Experience sourcing within Colombia

✔ Hunger, drive and a genuine passion for recruitment
