David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Serbian speaking Head of Studio Management for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with senior management to define and implement operational strategies tailored to the local market
Oversee the setup and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
Build and lead a strong local team, working closely with HR on recruitment and retention plans
Adapt HR processes to align with local culture and legal requirements
Position the local office as an attractive workplace in the region
Create and enforce operational policies that align with local regulations
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, efficient functioning
Promote collaboration between local and other regional teams.
Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal use of staff, equipment, and materials
Regularly assess processes to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline workflows
Ensure compliance with legal standards, company policies and local legal requirements
Use data insights to monitor performance and guide continuous improvement
Identify operational risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate risks and maintain business continuity
Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
Monitor and manage expenses, implementing cost-saving initiatives when needed
Oversee vendor relationships and supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Ensure the workplace environment is safe, efficient, and fully supported by necessary facilities and logistics
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in Serbian & English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
Proven experience in managing casino and/or iGaming environments/or BPO Operations of more than 500 FTE
Previous experience in establishing and managing operations, preferably in a related industry
Proficiency with management systems and data analysis tools
Knowledge of local regulations and legal requirements
Strong leadership abilities with experience in building and managing successful teams
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Innovative thinker focused on improving operational efficiency
Able to adapt to changing environments and manage pressure effectively
