David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology BPO business which is looking to recruit an German-speaking Partner Support Representative in Barcelona.

Position: Partner Support Representative

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Renumeration: base salary + bonus. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Basic SEO optimization recommendations KW gap analysis & partner onsite search recommendations
• Conduct content auditing - 1st pass review of online audit results
• Prepare presentation with key takeaways and actions needed for a given partner
• Provide quality checks & feedback to audit agency as required
• Highlight key gaps on partner site and sharing partner level optimization report
• Onboarding and training the partners on best practices in content
• Troubleshoot any content-related issues
• Monitor use of toolkit execution
• Track improvements and optimizations – provide ROI estimations
• Look after the KPI, Performance analysis and optimization recommendations
• Follow up on KPI reporting from partners regarding digital marketing execution
• Track overall digital business plan execution as requested.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Minimum of 1 year of related online sales and/or digital content management experience
• A university degree in marketing, ecommerce, business administration preferred but other degrees will be considered
• Excellent negotiation, management, and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent presentation skills
• Good computing literacy (Windows, Office, etc.)
• Drive to work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritization
• Knowledge of eMerchandising techniques and web analytics as well as Digital Marketing and SEO working experience will be an advantage.
