David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Dutch speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Barcelona office. 

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and qualify prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
• Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline
• Review client satisfaction level
• Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow upon potential
• business
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
• Respond and provide resolution to incoming customer or partner calls regarding, customer inquiries and request. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Solid sales background and previous experience in B2B sales
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel etc)
• Solid knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Organised and able to handle unique situations confidently
• Eager, quick learner with the ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM
