David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard English speaking Talent Acquisition Account Lead to join their growing team in Krakow. 

• Position: Talent Acquisition Account Lead
• Location: Krakow, Poland
• Employment type: Full-time
• Work model: hybrid
• Renumeration: base salary. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the main point of contact for the company, developing a strong understanding of company's culture, workforce needs, and recruitment objectives
• Providing regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and proactive solutions
• Serve as a liaison between the client, operations team, and local talent acquisition group
• Create and deliver clear, data-driven presentations that communicate recruitment strategies, results, and recommendations
• Attend operations and client meetings to stay informed on workforce requirements, capacity planning, and performance metrics
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment performance by tracking key KPIs, and regularly present detailed performance reports to both the client and internal stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Knowledge of Polish language will be considered as an advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, client account management, or recruitment operations, preferably within an RPO or BPO setting
• Solid knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
