David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading tech company who is looking to recruit a Control Room Operator to join their team in Belgrade. 

Position: Control Room Operator

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and verify all studio activities according to the organizational standards, ensuring smooth operations
• Respond promptly to table calls, resolving issues quickly to minimize disruptions in gameplay
• Maintain and enforce the company's game standards during all live sessions
• Log and report any operational incidents or discrepancies, ensuring accurate records
• Support CRO Specialists, Shift Managers, and team leaders with operational tasks to ensure efficiency
• Stay updated on all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies to ensure compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Serbian and English both verbal and written
• At least 1 year of experience in the Casino LIVE/Online industry
• Understanding of games and procedures
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian
• Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office
• Experience in a supervisory or management role is advantageous
• Familiarity with live casino technology or control room systems will be considered as an advantage
• A higher degree or advanced education related to management, operations, or a relevant field will be considered as an advantage.
