David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Hebrew-speaking Junior Dealer to join their Limassol team.  

Position: Junior Dealer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, transmit, and execute financial transactions across FX, Futures, Commodities, and Stock Markets

• Provide customer and technical support to clients

• Monitor financial markets, corporate actions, dividends, and stock splits

• Prepare and analyse standard and ad-hoc reports

• Support risk management activities and product analysis

• Assist with system maintenance and troubleshooting

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high level of client service

• Develop expertise in trading operations and financial markets through ongoing training.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field

• 0–1 year of experience within Financial Services (graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Strong interest in financial markets and trading operations

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to obtain the CySEC certification with company support

• Motivated to learn and develop within the financial services industry

• Working schedule: shift rotation, Monday to Friday, from 08 AM - 12 midnight (shifts: 08 AM - 05 PM, 03 PM - midnight). 40 hours a week, 2 days off per week. In the future the rotation may extend up to 03 AM.
