Hey there! DKR’s clients are expanding globally. We now service clients across 40 different countries. We are seeking Talent hunters/Recruitment Partners based out of Serbia. This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.

Position: Freelance Partner

• Location: Serbia 

• Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice

• Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dive into various channels of your choice like job boards, social media, and networking to source, hunt and attract top-notch candidates

• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles

• Work directly with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to drive successful recruitment placements

• Keep a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships with them

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a pro as and when needed

• Keep candidate profiles in our ATS well-described and updated for future reference

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Serbian/German & English(spoken and written) - this is a non negotiable

• Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri GMT in line with UK office

• Proven experience sourcing/hunting/recruiting German language speakers (within Volume Tech/SaaS/BPO/iGaming

• Important you have your own access to LinkedIn (Minimum) Sales Navigator and have circa 10,000 connections

• Stellar communication and people skills

• Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently

• Great time management, responsiveness and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
