David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Ukrainian-speaking Content Moderator for their Lisbon office. 

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and moderate social media content (videos, image, text and audio) in accordance with the processes and policies

• Remove/restrict content that does not follow community guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Ukrainian, both oral and written

• Upper-intermediate level of English (B2)

• Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly

• Comfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material without bias

• .Ability to accept exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography and fake news

• Strong critical and contextual thinking skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands

• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as a part of the team

• Ability to work 8 hours a day, 5 times per week in weekly shift rotation with colleagues covering 24/7 schedule.
