David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a German-speaking Lease Consultant in Dusseldorf, Germany and Dublin, Ireland.  

Position: Lease Consultant

Location: Dusseldorf, Germany  AND Dublin, Ireland 

Work model: Hybrid after 6 months, details to be discussed

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieving targets and enjoying uncapped commission.
• Preparing proposals and negotiating contract terms with property owners via phone calls in regards to possible setup of telecom antennas.
• Following up with property owners and getting commitments.
• Being organised and updating  client's internal database.
• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as fluency in English. 
• Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
• Sales and negotiations background is needed.
• The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word.
