David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading recruitment consulting company who is looking to onboard a Dutch speaking Trainee Recruiter for their office in Prague.

Position: Trainee Recruiter

Location: Prague, Czech Republic (on-site) 

Employment type: Full-time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and screen suitable candidates for open positions

• Build/grow your own candidate pipeline/portfolio

• Prepare the candidates' CVs for submission to clients

• Arrange interviews with candidates for senior consultants

• Contact potential clients via phone or email

• Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Dutch (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2)

• Recent graduate

• No previous recruitment experience

• Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered an advantage

• Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate

• Customer-oriented with an ability to build and nurture the relation

• An ability to work within tight timescale and meet deadlines

• A “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach

• Good computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Office package

• Ability to travel in line with the business needs

• Thriving  in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Eligible to live and work in Czech Republic.
