David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking Video Content Analyst for their office in Lisbon. The employee would watch reported videos on a well-known streaming platform and would make decisions regarding their banning.

Position: Video Content Analyst

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review user reports regarding video content on a streaming platform

• Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter

• Remove inappropriate content

• Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/Fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)

• Able to cover weekly shift rotation including night shifts

• Tolerance sensitive content in videos

• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Able to objectively evaluate and classify the content.
