David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading tech company that is looking to onboard German & English-speaking Customer Care Executive (Chat services) for their Krakow office.
Position: Customer Care Executive (Chat services)
Location: Krakow, Poland
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resolve product or service issues addressed by the customer
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve their satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits defined through SLAs
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Resolve customer issues via chat
- Able to probe and gather customer requirements effectively
- Understand SLAs and support achievement of set targets
- Provide support in documenting business processes and other continuous improvement projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in German & English, both oral and written. Knowledge of the other EU languages (Italian, Romanian, Turkish) will be considered as an advantage
- Previous experience in the same/similar role will be considered as an advantage
- Comfortable communicating with clients using chat channels
- Knowledge of Banking industry will be considered as an advantage
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- High school diploma or equivalent. Academic degree will be considered as an advantage
- Customer oriented with excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Know-how to simplify technical language and present the issue/solution to the clients in understandable manner
- Flexible to work on Saturday & in rotational shifts (no night shifts)
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Ability to perform independently and as a part of the team.
