David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit German-speaking Inside Sales Account Manager for their Barcelona office. 

Position: Inside Sales Account Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact potential clients using various channels (phone & email)
• Understand the portfolio of solutions and services
• Maximize revenue opportunities by selling the full range of available products and services to potential and existing clients
• Analyze new leads to determine business opportunities
• Build relationship with potential clients by promoting company’s product solutions
• Closely manage and report on assigned sales pipeline
• Follow business and sales processes and best practices, including use of CRM, Sales Playbook, etc.
• Implement custom designed sales strategies to client portfolio
• Achieve KPIs and impact sales quota.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Good command in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous experience in sales and account management is mandatory
• University degree will be considered as an advantage
• Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email, social media, etc)
• Excellent communicator with developed negotiation and persuasion skills
• Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
• Ability to meet the targets with minimum supervision and in timely manner
• Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
• Sales-oriented mindset.
